MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />June 14, 1976 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. in Room 831, City <br />Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor John Garthe. The follow- <br />ing Council members were present: Harry K. Yamamoto~ James E. <br />Ward, David F. Ortiz, David L. Brandt, and Mayor John Garthe. <br />Councilman Gordon Bricken arrived at 8:05 P.M.; Councilman Ver- <br />non S. Evans was absent. The following Staff members were <br />present: City Manager Bruce C. Spragg; City Attorney Keith <br />L. Gow; Assistant City Manager Ronald Wolford; Deputy City <br />Managers G. David Tayco, Manuel Rede and Thomas J. Andrusky. <br />The press was represented by Alex Reilly of "The Register". <br /> <br />PROPOSED BUDGET City Manager Bruce Spragg <br />FISCAL YEAR 1976-77 announced that in follow- <br /> ing the suggested schedule, <br /> the City Manager's over- <br />view and the City Attorney's budget, pages 33~34 and 121, had <br />been reviewed; that presentations by the Clerk of the Council, <br />the Redevelopment Director and the Deputy City Managers were <br />scheduled for this meeting.
