<br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 4, 1982 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 4:34 p.m. by Councilman Acosta in the <br />City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />8 PRESENT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />John Acosta <br />patricia McGuigan <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />Al Serrato <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />A. J. Wilson, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Alex Sanchez, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the September 7 and 20, 1982 <br />Housing Authority Commission Meetings were <br />approved 6:0 on a MOTION by Mr. Bricken, and <br />seconded by Mrs. McGuigan. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program for <br />August 1982 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed on a <br />MOTION by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mrs. McGuigan, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Housing Authority Section 8 Redistribution - The Housing Authority <br />Commission of the City of Santa Ana approved the redistribution of <br />Moderate Rehabilitation Section 8 certificates on a MOTION by Mr. <br />Bricken, seconded by Mrs. McGuigan, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Com- <br />mission, the meeting was adjourned at 4:39 p.m. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken, Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />'rector <br /> <br />~ ¿:t~. <br /> <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br />
