Luxembourger <br />John Acosta <br />patricia McGuigan <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />J. Ogden Markel <br />Al Serrato <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />A. J. Wilson, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager <br />Edward J.
