Luxembourger <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />patricia McGuigan <br />John Acosta <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />A. J. Wilson, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager <br />Edward J.
