<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 6,1984 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 3:07 p.m. by Chairman Luxembourger in <br />the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />Gordon Bricken <br />patricia McGuigan <br />John Acosta <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Alex Sanchez, Director of Housing <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the January 3,1984 Housing <br />Authority Commission Meeting were approved 7:0 <br />on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, and seconded by <br />Mr. Johnson. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program <br />for December 1983 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and <br />Filed on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and <br />carried 7:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Memorandum of Understanding - Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration <br />Program - The Housing Authority Commission authorized staff to use <br />the 13 Section 8 certificates for the Rental Rehabilitation <br />Demonstration Program, and authorized the Chairman to execute a <br />Memorandum of Understanding for the conduct of the program on a <br />MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Young, and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Com- <br />mission, the Meeting was adjourned at 3:17 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />or of Housing <br /> <br />))dkJ ~ <br /> <br />Debbie Vona, Secretary <br />
