Luxembourger <br />Gordon Bricken <br />patricia McGuigan <br />John Acosta <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Alex Sanchez, Director of Housing <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the February 6,1984 Housing <br />Authority Commission Meeting were approved 7:0 <br />on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, ,and seconded by Mr. <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program <br />for January 1984 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and <br />Filed on a MOTION by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Johnson, and <br />carried 7:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Revised Master Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Annual Contrib- <br />utions Contract - 8 Additional Units - The Commission (1) adopted <br />a resolution authorizing execution of Section 8 Moderate Rehab- <br />ilitation Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503(K) including <br />Project No. CA16-K093-002, and providing for the deposit of monies <br />pursuant to a general depository agreement; and (2) authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the Revised Master Section 8 Moderate <br />Rehabilitation Annual Contributions Contract on a MOTION by Mrs. <br />McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Acosta and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - 20 <br />Additional units - The Commission (1) adopted a resolution <br />authorizing execution of Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract <br />No. SF-503, including Project No. CA16-E093-0ll, and providing for <br />the deposit of monies pursuant to a general depository agreement; <br />and (2) authorized the Chairman to execute the Revised Master <br />Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, <br />seconded by Mrs. McGuigan and carried 7:0. <br />
