<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AUGUST 6, 1984 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 5:27 p.m. by Chairman Luxembourger in <br />the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />patricia McGuigan <br />John Acosta <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Phil Freeland, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the July 2, 1984 Housing Authority <br />Commission Meeting were approved 7:0 on a MOTION <br />by Mrs. McGuigan, and seconded by Mr. Acosta. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program <br />for June 1984 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed <br />on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Johnson, and carried <br />7:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Application to HOD for 74 Additional Certificates Under the Section <br />8 Rent Assistance Program <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Application to HUD for 200 Additional Certificates Under the Section <br />8 Rent Assistance Program <br /> <br />Resolutions 84-3 and 84-4 were adopted on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, <br />seconded by Mrs. McGuigan, and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission, <br />the Meeting was adjourned at 5:32 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />{j¡¡¡ ~ <br /> <br />Phil Freeland, Executive Director <br /> <br />~3C <br /> <br />Debb~e Vona, Secretary <br />
