Griset <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Wilson Hart <br />John Acosta <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Phil Freeland, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the November 5 and 20, 1984 <br />Housing Authority Commission Meetings were <br />approved 7:0 on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, and <br />seconded by Mr. Young. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program <br />for October 1984 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and <br />Filed on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Griset, and <br />carried 7:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission, <br />the Meeting was adjourned at 3:50 p.m. <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />Daniel E.
