<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 1, 1985 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 4:52 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the <br />City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />Wilson Hart <br />patricia McGuigan <br />John Acosta <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Phil Freeland, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the March 4, 1985 Housing <br />Authority Commission Meeting were approved 7:0 <br />on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr. <br />Luxembourger. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program <br />for February 1985 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and <br />Filed on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Griset, and <br />carried 7:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Application to HUD for 75 Additional Certificates Under the <br />Section 8 Rent Assistance Program, Targeted to the Homeless- <br />Resolution 85-5, which approves the submission of an application <br />to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to assist <br />the homeless, was adopted on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded <br />by Mr. Acosta, and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Com- <br />mission, the Meeting was adjourned at 4:53 p.m. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br /> <br />Daniel E.
