<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 3, 1985 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 3:10 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the <br />City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />Wilson Hart <br />patricia McGuigan <br />John Acosta <br /> <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Melanie Fallon, Planning Manager <br />Nancy Edwards, Housing progs. Planner <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the May 20, 1985 Housing Authority <br />Commission Meeting were approved 6:0 on a MOTION <br />by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr. Johnson. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance program- <br />The Monthly Status Report for April, 1985 was Rece1ved and Filed on a <br />MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Application to HUD for 36 Additional Vouchers Under the Section 8 <br />Rental Assistance Program - On a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger, <br />seconded by Mrs. McGuigan, and carried 6:0, Resolution 85-7 was <br />adopted. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - 14 <br />Vouchers - The Commission adopted Resolution 85-8, authoriz1ng the <br />execution of Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503, <br />Project CA16-V093-001: and authorized the Chairman to execute the <br />Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract and other <br />necessary documents on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mrs. <br />McGuigan, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission, <br />the Meeting was adjourned at 3:11 p.m. <br /> <br />4u <br /> <br />Daniel E.
