The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 5:40 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the <br />City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />patricia McGuigan <br />Wilson Hart <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />John Acosta <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Phil Freeland, Executive Director <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the July 1, 1985 Housing Authority <br />Commission Meeting were approved 5:0 on a MOTION <br />by Mrs. McGuigan, and seconded by Mr. Young. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Multi-family New Construction Mortgage Revenue Bond Inducement <br />Resolution - Resolution 85-10 was adopted on a MOTION by Mrs. <br />McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Griset, and carried 5:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Com- <br />mission, the Meeting was adjourned at 5:41 p.m. <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />Daniel E.
