<br />. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 3, 1985 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the <br />City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Wilson Hart <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />John Acosta <br /> <br />patricia McGuigan <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Phil Freeland, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the August 5, 1985 Housing Authority <br />Commission Meeting were approved 5:0 on a MOTION <br />by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr. Luxembourger. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Pro- <br />gram: July 1985 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and <br />Filed on a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Griset, and <br />carried 5:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Amendment to General Depository Agreement - The Amendment to the <br />General Depository Agreement was adopted and the Chairman was <br />authorized to execute the Amendment on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, <br />seconded by Mr. Griset, and carried 5:0. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Multi-family New Construction Mortgage Revenue Bond Inducement <br />Resolution - Resolut10n 85-13 was adopted on a MOTION by Mr. <br />Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and carried '5:0. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Approval of Inducement Resolutions Adopted by the Orange County <br />Board of Superv1sors - Resolutions 85-14, 15, and 16 were adopted <br />on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Griset, and carried <br />5:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission, <br />the Meeting was adjourned at 5:32 p.m. <br /> <br />bJ <br /> <br />Dan1el E.
