Griset <br />Robert w. Luxembourger <br />John Acosta <br />patricia McGuigan <br />Daniel H. Young <br /> <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Wilson Hart <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Phil Freeland, Executive Director <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Request for Approval of Inducement Resolution originally Adopted by <br />the County of Orange - Resolution 85-20 and 85-21 were adopted on a <br />MOTION by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and carried 5:0. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Request for Approval of Multi-family New Construction Mortgage <br />Revenue Bond Inducement Resolution - Resolution 85-22 was adopted <br />on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and <br />carried 5:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission, <br />the Meeting was adjourned at 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Daniel E.
