On the motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by <br />Councilman Brandt, the Mayor was authorized to appoint a <br />representative, not to be limited to Councilmen. CA 80 <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION Following a motion by <br />ADJOURNMENT Councilman Brandt, <br /> seconded by Councilman <br /> Ward, which failed <br />to carry (2:5), with Councilmen Bricken, Ortiz, Yam~moto, <br />Nard and Mayor Garthe dissenting, to adjourn to a special <br />meeting to be held July 26, 1976~ 5:00-P.M. to 7:00 P.M. for <br />an Executive Session, Mayor Garthe adjourned the meeting to <br />an Executive Session at 11:00 P.M. to discuss personnel <br />matters. <br /> <br />Councilmen Evans and Brandt left the meeting at 11:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Council reconvened at 12:45 P.M. with all members present <br />except Councilmen Evans and Brandt, and immediately adjourned. <br /> <br />FLORENCE I.
