Griset <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />Patricia A. McGuigan <br />Dan Young <br />Wilson Hart <br />John Acosta <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Phil Freeland, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the February 3, 1986 Housing <br />Authority Meeting was approved 7:0 on a MOTION <br />by Mr. Johnson, and seconded by Ms. McGuigan. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Authorization of the Housing Authority's Application for the State <br />of California Deferred Payment Residential Loan Program - The <br />Housing Authority's Application for the State of California Deferred <br />Payment Residential Loan Progam was approved on a MOTION by Ms. <br />McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority the Meeting <br />was adjourned at 5:18 p.m. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Daniel E.
