Griset <br />P.Lee Johnson <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />Patricia A. McGuigan <br />Dan Young <br />Wilson Hart <br />John Acosta <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />David N. Ream, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the April 7, 1986 Housing <br />Authority Meeting was approved 7:0 on a <br />MOTION by Mr. Acosta and seconded by Ms. <br />McGuigan. <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance <br />Program: March 1986 - the Monthly Status Report was Received <br />and Filed on a MOTION by Ms. McGuigan and seconded by Mr. <br />Acosta, and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - For <br />Housing Voucher Program 65 Units - Resolution 86-3 was adopted <br />on a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Ms. McGuigan, <br />and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Request for Approval of Multi-family New Construction Mortgage <br />Revenue Bond Inducement Resolution - Resolution 86-5 was <br />adopted on a MOTION by Ms. McGuigan, seconded by Chairman <br />Griset, and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the <br />Meeting was adjourned at 5:06 p.m. <br /> <br />~ <br />Qæ~' <br /> <br />Griset, Chairman <br /> <br />David N.
