Chambers, 22 Ciyic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT ABSENT <br />Daniel E. Griset John Acosta <br />P.Lee Johnson <br />Dan Young <br />Robert W. Luxembourger <br />Wilson Hart <br />Patricia McGuigan <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy city Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Cynthia J.Nelson, Acting Exec. Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the September 2, 1986 Housing <br />Authority Meeting were approved 6:0 on a Motion by <br />Mr. Johnson, seconded by Ms. McGuigan, and <br />carried 6:0 <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Request for Approyal of Multi-Family New Construction Mortgage Revenue <br />Bond Inducement Resolution 86-8 -- Resolution 86-8 was adopted on a <br />MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Request for Approval of Memorandum of Understanding for 1986 Rental <br />Rehabilitation Grant Program -- Resolution 86-9 was adopted on a <br />MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Application to HUD for 17 Additional Housing Vouchers Under the <br />Section 8 Rental Assistance Program -- Resolution 86-10 was adopted on <br />a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Ms. McGuigan, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the Meeting <br />was adjourned at 3:56 p.m. <br /> <br />..... <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Daniel E.
