<br />MINUTES <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />ADJOURNED MEETING <br />MARCH 16, 1987 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana <br />was called to order at 5:07 p.m. by Chairman Young in the city Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT <br />. Dan Young <br />Wilson Hart <br />John Acosta <br />Ron May <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Daniel E. Griset <br /> <br />The following staff were present: <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Cynthia J. Nelson, Acting Exec. Dir. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the February 2, 1987 and March 2, <br />1987 Housing Authority Meetings were approved 6:0 on <br />a Motion by Authority Member Acosta, seconded by <br />Authority Member Pulido, and carried 6:0 with <br />Authority Member McGuigan abstaining. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housinq Assistance <br />Proqram: JANUARY 1987. The Monthly Status Report was received <br />and filed on a Motion by Authority Member Acosta, seconded by <br />Authority Member Pulido and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Revised Rental Assistance Proqrams Administrative and Equal <br />Opportunity Housinq Plans -- Resolution 87-2 was adopted on a <br />Motion by Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority Member <br />McGuigan and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Secretary of the Authority Report: The Secretary of the Housing <br />Authority was instructed to insert the following into the minutes <br />on a Motion by Authority Member McGuigan, seconded by Authority <br />Member Acosta and carried 7:0: Pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 54954.2 the March 16,1987 Housing Authority Agenda was <br />posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center <br />Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on March 13, 1987. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the Meeting <br />was adjourned at 5:12 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />~'i~'" <br /> <br />secretary <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />~~~i~iti~~-~~d-1mpl~t~ti~n-~f-th;-c~;put;r n;t~ork ~~d <br />custom software program. <br />
