<br />MINUTES <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 1, 1987 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />was called to order at 10:51 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />. Dan Young <br />Wilson Hart <br />Ron May <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />John Acosta <br /> <br />Patricia McGuigan <br /> <br />The following staff were present: David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Cynthia J. Nelson, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the April 6, 1987 Housing <br />Authority Meeting were approved on a Motion by <br />Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority <br />Member Hart, and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the section 8 Housinq Assistance <br />Proqram: APRIL 1987. The Monthly Status Report was received <br />and filed on a Motion by Authority Member Acosta, seconded by <br />Authority Member Hart and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Request for Approval of Memorandum of Understandinq for 1987 <br />Rental Rehabilitation Proqram: Resolution No. 87-3. <br />Resolution 87-3 was approved on a Motion by Authority Member <br />Hart, seconded by Authority Member May and carried 6:0. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Secretary of the Authority Report: The Secretary of the <br />Housing Authority was instructed to insert the following into <br />the minutes on a Motion by Authority Member McGuigan, seconded <br />by Authority Member Pulido and carried 7:0: Pursuant to <br />Government Code section 54954.2 the June 1, 1987 Housing <br />Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on May 29, 1987. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />4IÞ There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the <br />Meeting was adjourned at 10:53 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />irman <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />secretary <br />
