Nelson, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the June 1, <br />Meeting were approved on a <br />Member Acos~a, seconded by <br />Pulido, an9 carried 7:0. <br /> <br />1987 Housing Authority <br />Motion by Authority <br />Authority Member <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthl Status Re ort f r the Section 8 Housin Assistance <br />Proqram: MAY 1987. Th Monthly Status Report was received <br />and filed on a Motion b Authority Member Acosta, seconded by <br />Authority Member Pulido and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Execution of Deposit and Escrow Aqreement Required for <br />MultifamilY Bond Issue -- Project Located at 219-221 S. <br />Broadway. The Executive Director of the Housing Authority of <br />the City of Santa Ana was authorized to execute the Deposit <br />and Escrow Agreement between the Housing Authority and <br />Sycamore Retirement Apartments Ltd., pursuant to the Mortgage <br />Bond Allocation Committee's requirements and also to accept <br />the necessary 1% deposit on a Motion by Authority Member <br />Pulido, seconded by Authori~y Member McGuigan and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br /> <br />Secretary of the Authoritv Report: The Secreta e <br />Housing Authority was instructed to insert following into <br />the minutes on a Motion by Authority Memb McGuigan, seconded <br />by Authority Member Pulido and carried 7 : Pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 54954.2 the~ 6, 1987 Housing <br />Authority Agenda was posted on the or of the Council <br />Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, a 8:30 a.m. on July 2, 1987. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the <br />Meeting was adjourned at 8:34 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~ ~.~~2~" <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />eyn ia J. .;;¡;~V.
