PRESENT <br /> <br />Dan Young <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Wilson Hart <br />Ron May <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />John Acosta <br /> <br />The following staff were present: David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Cynthia J. Nelson, Executive Director <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the September 8, 1987 Housing <br />Authority Meeting were approved on a Motion by <br />Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority <br />Member McGuigan, and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Authorize the Sale & Issuance of Multi-Familv Housinq Revenue <br />Bonds 1987 Series A. The Heninqer Villaqe Apartments -- <br />Resolution 87-4 was adopted on a Motion by Authority Member <br />McGuigan, seconded by Authority Member Acosta and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Secretarv of the Authoritv Report: The Secretary of the <br />Housing Authority was instructed to insert the following into <br />the minutes on a Motion by Authority Member Pulido, seconded <br />by Authority Member Acosta and carried 7:0: Pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 54954.2 the September 21, 1987 Housing <br />Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on September 18, <br />1987. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />. There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the <br />.
