Griset <br />John Acosta <br /> <br />The following staff were present: David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel <br />Cynthia J. Nelson, Executive Director <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />The Minutes of the October 19, 1987 Housing <br />Authority Meeting were approved on a Motion by <br />Authority Member McGuigan, seconded by Authority <br />Member May and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report for the section 8 Housing Assistance <br />Program: SEPTEMBER 1987 -- The Monthly Status Report was received <br />and filed on a Motion by Authority Member Acosta, seconded by <br />Authority Member May, and carried 7:0. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Secretarv of the Authority Report: The Secretary of the <br />Housing Authority was instructed to insert the following into <br />the minutes on a Motion by Authority Member Pulido, seconded <br />by Authority Member McGuigan and carried 7:0: Pursuant to <br />Government Code section 54954.2 the November 2, 1987 Housing <br />Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council <br />Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on October 30, <br />1987. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Authority Member McGuigan inquired as to the cause for the increase in <br />referrals during the month of September as shown on the Monthly Status <br />~.... Report. Staff to respond. <br /> <br />~..
