CONSENT CAEENDAR STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS APPROVED - Continued <br /> <br />MAP NO. 971 Filed on August 5, 1976 by <br />Doug Simpson creating eight R2-PRD and C4 <br />parcels; all proposed parcels to be used <br />for residential and commercial purposes; <br />generally located at the northwest corner <br />of Bristol Street and MacArthur Boulevard. <br /> <br />MAP NO. 972 Filed on July 9, 1976 by Har- <br />bor Industrial Properties creating two Mi <br />parcels; both proposed parcels to be used <br />for industrial purposes; generally located <br />on the east side of Harbor Boulevard <br />approximately 730 feet north of MacArthur <br />Boulevard. Councilman Ward registered a <br />NO vote.
