Director of Recreation and Parks Gresham informed Council <br />that Bob Flowers, owner of the Rhinos Football team has <br />incurred financial commitments based on the scheduled Rhinos <br />games, on~ of which is to take place four days after comple- <br />· ion of the resodding, and that Mr. Flowers had in good <br />~aith put down the required deposit to reserve those dates. <br /> <br />Prior to the vote, the City Attorney was asked the effect of <br />no action by the Council in the matter, and responded that <br />unless the Lionettes agreement is amended, the Club is <br />obligated to resod the field as scheduled.
