<br />8 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APRIL 6, 1992 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa <br />Ana was called to order at 6:58 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City <br />Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br />Authority Members present were John Acosta, Dan Griset, Patricia <br />McGuigan, Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, and Robert L. Richardson. <br />Also present were city Manager David N. Ream, city Attorney Edward <br />J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
