<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />OCTOBER 5, 1992 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana was called to order at 6:59 p.m, by Chairman Young in the <br />city Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />California. Authority Members present were John Acosta, Dan <br />Griset, Patricia McGuigan, Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, and Robert <br />L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, <br />city Attorney Edward J.
