<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DECEMBER 7, 1992 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa <br />Ana was called to order at 9:09 p.m. by Chairman Young in the city <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br />Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, <br />Rick Norton, Miguel pulido, and Robert L. Richardson. Also present <br />were city Manager David N. Ream, city Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and <br />Clerk of the Council Janice C.
