<br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUGUST 2, 1993 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana was called to order at 6:39 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City <br />council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br />Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, <br />and Robert L. Richardson. Councilmembers Miguel Pulido and Rick <br />Norton were absent. Also present were city Manager David N. Ream, <br />city Attorney Edward J.
