<br />. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />OCTOBER 4, 1993 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City <br />Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br />Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, <br />Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, and Robert L. Richardson. Councilmember <br />Lisa Mills was absent. Also present were city Manager David N. <br />Ream, city Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council <br />Janice C.
