<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DECEMBER 6, 1993 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana was called to order at 8:06 p.m. by Mayor ProTem Pulido in the <br />City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br />Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, <br />and Patricia McGuigan. Mayor Young and Authority Member Robert L. <br />Richardson were absent. Also present were City Manager David N. <br />Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council <br />Janice C.
