<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />SEPTEMBER 5, 1995 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was <br />called to order at 6:41 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City council Chambers <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were <br />Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, and Ted R Moreno. <br />Councilmember Robert L. Richardson was absent. Also present were City Manager <br />David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice <br />C.
