<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />OCTOBER 2, 1995 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was <br />called to order at 6:46 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were <br />Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and <br />Robert L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City <br />Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
