<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUGUST 5, 1996 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called to <br />order at 8:37 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the city Council Chambers 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom <br />Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, and Ted R Moreno. Authority Member Robert L. <br />Richardson was absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney <br />Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
