<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1996 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called to <br />order at 8:40 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom <br />Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Authority Member <br />Lisa Mills was absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney <br />Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
