Fleet Maintenance offers a full tire service <br />to install new tires and repair flat tires. In order for Fleet <br />Maintenance to perform these duties, outside contractual 24-hour <br />emergency road services are needed. <br /> <br />On March 1, 2004, the City Council awarded contracts for 24-hour <br />Emergency Road Service to Santa Ana vendors Parkhouse Tire, Inc, Pete's <br />Road Service, Inc. and Tarulli Tire, Inc. for a one-year period, with <br />provision for two one-year renewals. The vendors have performed <br />satisfactorily during the past contract period and have agreed to renew <br />the contracts without an increase in pricing.
