PUBLIC HEARING - AMENDMENT ~Mayor Garthe announced <br />APPLICATION 755 - ORDINANCE NS-1345 that this was the time <br />FIRST READING and place-for the public <br /> hearing of Amendment <br />Application 755 to reclassify property from the 0 [Open Space) <br />District to the R1 [Single Family Residential) District located <br />on Segerstrom Avenue, approximately 400 feet east of Bristol <br />Street; that this Amendment Application pertains to the property <br />discussed in the Drevious Agenda item as the subject of the <br />General Plan Amendment. <br /> <br />As there were no further comments regarding this matter, the <br />public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />On:the motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman <br />Yamamoto, and carried 6:0 unanimously, with Councilman Bricken <br />abstaining, the following ordinance was placed on first reading: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.
