CA 65.3 <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT 122 Appropriation Adjustment <br />PROJECT 1392 - WIDEN BEAR STREET No. 122 transferring <br />APPROVED $20,000 from completed <br /> Project 1380 to Project <br />1392 to widen the east side of Bear Street was approved on the <br />motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Bricken, <br />and carried 5:1, with Councilman Evans dissenting. CA 65.3 <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT 123 On the motion of Coun- <br />FASHION SQUARE ACCESS ENGINEERING cilman Ward, seconded <br />APPROVED by Councilman Yamamoto, <br /> and carried 5:1, with <br />Councilman Bricken dissenting, Appropriation Adjustment No. <br />123 transferring $20,000 from Project 1386 (Contingency) to <br />Project 1387 to provide for preliminary planning and environ- <br />mental assessment for street projects related to Fashion Square <br />access, was approved. CA 65.3 <br /> <br />TAXICAB RATE INCREASE A report dated <br />YELLOW CAB COMPANY, INC. February 2, 1977, <br />FILED prepared by Captain <br /> Charles R. Thayer of <br />the Police Department, stating that a taxicab rate increase <br />requested by Yellow Cab Company, Inc. of Santa Ana will be <br />granted, was received and filed, on the motion of Councilman <br />Evans, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, and carried 6:0 <br />unanimously. CA 26.1 <br /> <br />PERSONNEL BOARD APPOINTMENT On the motion of <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Councilman Evans, <br />ANN FAMALARO APPOINTED seconded by Council- <br /> man Ortiz, and <br />carried 4:2, with Councilmen Yamamoto and Bricken dissent- <br />ing, Ann Famalaro was appointed to the Personnel Board to <br />complete the term of office of Richard G.
