MINUTES OF THE REGULAR & ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETINGS <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 7, 1977 <br /> <br />At 2:00 P.M. the Assistant Clerk of the Council called the <br />meeting to order in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, in the absence of the Mayor and Vice Mayor. She <br />adjourned the meeting to 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Cham- <br />bers due to lack of a quorum. There were no Council members <br />present, and no other members of Staff. <br /> <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING At 7:00 P.M. the meeting <br /> was called to order by <br /> Vice Mayor Vernon S. <br /> Evans, in the absence of <br />the Mayor, in the Council Chambers. The following members of <br />Council were present: Gordon Bricken, David F. Ortiz, Harry <br />K. Yamamoto, and Vice Mayor Evans. Councilmen David L. Brandt, <br />James E. Ward, and Mayor John Garthe were absent. Staff members <br />present were Assistant City Manager Ronald Wolford, City Attorney <br />Keith L. Gow, Director of Public Works John E. Stevens, Planning <br />Director Charles C. Zimmerman, and Clerk of the Council Florence <br />I.
