Yama- <br />REMOVAL OF CAMPAIGN SIGNS moto announced that members <br />SACEA MEMBERS of the Santa Ana City <br /> Employees Association, <br />on their own time, removed over 500 election campaign signs from <br />the City streets. Councilman Bricken concurred with an expres- <br />sion of appreciation for their time and effort to improve the <br />City. CA 50.9 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Councilman Garthe noted <br />COOPERATION ASKED FOR that he had seen many <br />WATER CONSERVATION instances of persons <br /> allowing water to run <br />down the street during yard watering; he suggested that such <br />citizens be reminded of water conservation efforts. Director <br />of Public Works John E. Stevens stated that his department had <br />mailed a number of such notices and that cooperation had been <br />good.
