CONSENT CALENDAR STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS APPROVED - Continued FINAL TRACT MAP Approved final map, accepted the dedications thereon, and the bonds in the amounts set, and authorized execution of the subdivision agreement on the following: MAP 9303 - West side of Fairview Street north of Ninth Street; 11 lots. CA 24 FINAL PARCEL MAP Approved the following map and accepted the dedications thereon: MAP 988 - Northeast corner of Segerstrom Avenue and Croddy Way; 3 lots. CA 25.2 CHANGE ORDER Approved the following: PROJECT 8097 Command and Control Center for Police Department Change Order #6 increasing the cost in the amount of $6,660 for wall modifications for better space utilization. CA 89 LIABILITY CLAIMS Referred to Administration claims received from April 26 to May 9, 1977. CA 65.7h COUNCIL REFERRAL SUMMARY Received and filed status report of matters referred to Staff by Council. CA 46 CONSENT CALENDAR FINIS BID CALL - PROJECT 7073 On the unanimously STORM DRAIN approved 4:0 motion APPROVED of Councilman Bricken, seconded by Councilman Ortiz, Council approved plans and specifications, and authorized advertisement for bids on the following: PROJECT 7073 - Storm drain from the Civic Center pump station to Ross Street. CA 89 Prior to the motion, Miles Leach, 2025 West Tenth Street, commented that he objected to having more storm drains until a study has been conducted to utilize rain water that is presently discharged into the ocean.
