These consulting services provide <br />strategic development, negotiation support, fact finding, and financial <br />analysis. Communication Support Group, Inc. has assisted over 20 cities <br />with their cable franchise renewals. On December 20, 2004 the City <br />entered into an agreement with Communications Support Group, Inc. to <br />finalize the franchise renewal. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the <br />negotiations have been prolonged. <br /> <br />The services provided under this agreement will assist the City in <br />completing the franchise renewal process.
