NS-1375 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AMENDING SECTION 35-167 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br />TO REDUCE TO $3,000 THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE UNDER THE <br />UTILITY USERS TAX. CA 65B <br /> <br />A prior motion by Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Brandt, <br />to place the ordinance on second reading and adopt, failed to <br />carry on a 3:2 vote, with Councilman Yamamoto and Mayor Evans <br />dissenting. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.
