<br />9. At a minimum, separate loading areas shall be designated on the <br />approved site plan or any modification thereto, for each adjacent <br />retail shops/restaurants. <br /> <br />10. A loading areas for the project shall be able to accommodate a 55 <br />foot semi-trailer for the Building E. <br /> <br />H. Storage Areas/Mechanica1 Equipment. <br /> <br />1. All mechanical equipment shall be screened below parapets and <br />situated to minimize visual impacts. <br /> <br />2. No outdoor storage shall be permitted. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no exposed television, ham radio, dish or other <br />antenna. <br /> <br />1. Refuse Collection Area. <br /> <br />1. A refuse collection area shall be located at each loading dock per <br />approved site plan. <br /> <br />2. All outdoor refuse collection areas shall be visually screened from <br />access streets and adjacent property by a complete opaque screen <br />or by rolldown screened doors, or by landscaping and fencing. <br /> <br />3. No refuse collection areas shall be permitted between a frontage <br />street and the building line, unless adequate screening is provided. <br /> <br />4. The commercial and residential uses shall provide a trash pick-up <br />operation agreement to be included in the CC&R's for the project. <br /> <br />5. Each trash enclosure shall have a minimum of six inch concrete <br />slab in front of the enclosure that is at least the same dimension as <br />the trash enclosure. <br /> <br />6. Townhouse unit trash vestibules shall be designed with a hose bib <br />for washing out the area. <br /> <br />7. All trash enclosures throughout the project shall be designed with <br />metal doors. <br /> <br />J.
