Babb 114 North Parton Street, Santa Ana Recommendation: If the Agency desires to proceed, the fol1owing'reso1utions of necessity have been prepared for adoption: Resolution 77-15: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDE- VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL JlROPEII.TY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND DECLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR Resolution 77-17: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDE- VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPER- TIES FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES IN THE 14 ACRE SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND DE- CLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR commission Recommendation: Recommended that Agency adopt resolutions of necessity, A, Resolution 77-18: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP- MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE ,REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA Recommendation: Approve Agreements of sale and adopt Resolution 77-18.
