<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />REPORTS: <br /> <br />Report of Ad Hoc Committee between Agency and Redevelop- <br />ment Commission on improvement of relationship and more <br />effective use of Commission, <br /> <br />Authorize Executive Director to prepare contract <br />between Agency and the Commission to carry out <br />the following objectives: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />The Agency delegate to the Commission <br />authority to implement projects subsequent <br />to approval by Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Commission approve all contracts not exceed- <br />ing $25,000, <br /> <br />The Commission and Agency establish regular <br />quarterly meetings. <br /> <br />COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Agency implement the Commission <br />recommendation stated in letter from Mr, John <br />Hill, dated June 16,1977. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Report on OCTD Park-And-Ride structure and feasibility of <br />preserving Mortuary building. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Agency policy decision. <br /> <br />COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Oral report of action taken on <br />May 28 will be reported, <br /> <br />6, <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Authorization to advertise for bids to expand Agency office <br />space in City Hall. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Approve plans and specifications for expansion <br />project and authorize Executive Director to <br />advertise for bids. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Approval of and authorization of acquisition of Forestrong <br />site between Birch and Ross, Fifth and Santa Ana Boulevard, <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Authorize acquisition. <br /> <br />COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Recommended to Agency on December 7, <br />1976 that Agency proceed with acquisition of <br />site for use as temporary parking. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Review of lease agreements between Agency and Hurbert H. <br />Wakeham for parking purposes. <br /> <br />Authorize Chairman of Agency to execute lease <br />agreements between Community Redevelopment <br />Agency and Wakeham for parking purposes. <br /> <br />COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Recommended that Agency execute <br />lease with Hubert H, Wakeham, <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />
