An oral report will be given. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE FOR WALTER SCOTT <br /> <br />Recommendation: Grant a six month exclusive right <br />to negotiate to E. walter Scott for the development <br />of property bounded by Broadway, Sycamore, Fifth and <br />Santa Ana Boulevard. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: To be considered December <br />14, 1978.
