Jones, <br />developer. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommended to the Rede- <br />velopment Agency that the Allen E. Jones proposal be <br />considered and that Mr. Jones be given a six month <br />exclusive right to negotiate for development of that <br />property bounded by Garnsey, Flower and civic Center <br />Drive (approximately 175 feet deep), and that at the <br />same time, special consideration be given to insuring <br />that any adverse affects on Garnsey Street be miti- <br />gated so as to allow for appropriate north/south <br />traffic flow. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />CONTINUATION OF APPROVAL OF CONCEPT OF MOHLER DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve preliminary development plan <br />and proposed budget, subject to final determination <br />of the Environmental Impact Report and zoning require- <br />ments. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: <br />concept of development. <br /> <br />Recommended approval of <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />CONTINUATION OF ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHWEST <br />CORNER OF EIGHTH AND BUSH STREETS (AP 009-011-05) FOR <br />SOMBRERO STREET RESTAURANT PARKING <br /> <br />Recommendation: Authorize Staff to acquire property <br />and negotiate lease and purchase option agreement <br />with Sombrero Street Restaurant. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Acquire the property and <br />thereafter present details of lease and option to buy <br />agreement with the Sombrero Street Restaurant to the <br />Commission for recommendation. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />
