Jones pro- <br />posal be considered and that Mr. Jones be given a <br />six month exclusive right to negotiate for devel- <br />opment of that property bounded by Garnsey, Flower <br />and Civic Center Drive (approximately 175 feet <br />deep), and that at the same time, special con- <br />sideration be given to insuring that any adverse <br />affects on Garnsey Street be mitigated so as to <br />allow for appropriate north/south traffic flow. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />CONTINUATION OF APPROVAL OF CONCEPT OF MOHLER DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve preliminary development <br />plan and proposed budget, subject to final deter- <br />mination of the Environmental Impact Report and <br />zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: <br />concept of development. <br /> <br />Recommended approval of <br /> <br />-2- <br />
