Fuss and Florence Fuss. <br /> <br />Recommendation: If the Agency decides to proceed, <br />the following Resolution of Necessity has been prep- <br />ared: <br /> <br />Resolution 79-16: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES IN THE AMERI- <br />CAN NATIONAL PROPERTIES DEVELOPMENT SITE IN THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING THE <br />PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />proceed with condemnation. <br /> <br />SB-99/CONTRACT FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT SERVICES <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 79-25: A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AND STONE AND YOUNGBERG, MUNICIPAL FINANCING <br />CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT SERVICES. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Retain the services of an <br />independant financial consultant, namely, Stone and <br />Youngberg. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />LEASE FOR SOMBRERO STREET PARKING LOT <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 79-26: A RESOLUTION <br />OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF SAID AGENCY TO <br />EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID AGENCY AND <br />SOMBRERO STREET, INC., FOR PARKING PURPOSES. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />PRESERVATION OF BRICK HOUSE IN 14 ACRE SITE <br /> <br />Recommendation: (1) Authorize the development of an <br />agreement between the Agency and Mr. Frank C. Wright <br />for the sale or lease of the property located on <br />Second and Birch for the moving and renovation of <br />Santa Ana's first brick house; and (2) grant autho- <br />rization to store the house on property located at <br />First and Birch. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommend to the Agency <br />that they (1) authorize the development of an agree- <br />ment between Mr. Frank C. Wright for the sale or <br />lease of the property located on Second and Birch for <br />the moving and renovation of Santa Ana's first brick <br />house; and (2) grant authorization to store the house <br />on property located on First and Birch. <br />
