Philipson, Thomas <br />G. Hahn and Rodolfo Montejano a six month exclusive <br />right to negotiate for the development of a site <br />bounded by Santa Ana Boulevard, Flower, Third and <br />Olive Streets, subject to the payment of one-half of <br />the cost of the necessary feasibility study and the <br />future availability of Agency funds. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Agency <br />grant Stephen L. Phlllpson, Thomas G.
